지금은 케이터링도 K-style이 대세!!!

# 지금은 K-Style 시대!! 

2022년 전 세계적으로 K-스타일이 유행을 하고 있지요. 콘텐츠, 뷰티, 푸드에 이어서 파티케이터링에서도 k-style에 대한 스타일이 많이 요구되고 있는 상황입니다.
실제로 많은 외국 본사 중요 임원들이 한국으로 출장 오기를 원하고, 그들을 접대하기 위한 한국 지사나 기업들은 그분들을 접대하기 위한 다양한 한국적 스타일을 고민하기 시작했습니다. 

이전에는 그들이 편한 서양식 스타일로 대접하는 것이 원칙이었지만, 요즘은 그들이 소문으로만 듣고, SNS에서만 접했던 한국적인 것을 직접 체험하는 방식으로 일종의 접대의 콘텐츠가 변한 것이지요.  

# Not 동양적!! Just 한국스타일!!

하지만 중요한 포인트는 대부분 일본이나, 중국을 거쳐서 한국에 들어오는 편이기 때문에, 단순히 동양적이기 보다는 그들(중국, 일본)과는 확연히 다른 한국적 스타일을 원하고, 또한 여기에
고리타분한 옛날 스타일 보다는 그것을 현대적으로 해석한 모던한 K-STYLE을 원한다는 것입니다. 그야말로 '쏘--쿨--한(So Cool) K-Style을 원하는 것입니다

# 모시, 소반, 그리고 백자... 

은은한 색감의 모시천과 책상다리에서 동양적 곡선의 미를 돋보일 수 있는 소반, 그리고 깔끔하면서도 여백의 미가 강조된 달항아리 백자.  
여기에 글로벌 브랜드 사노피 아벤티스 코리아의 로고 색상, 보라색을 포인트로 잡아, 은은하게 녹여 표현했습니다. 
여기에 어울리는 코리안 디져트 박스/ 식혜 또한 디자인을 커스터마이징을 했습니다. 

# 글로벌한 K-style 디져트- 글로벌 파워 세삼느껴... 

여기에 모시천을 녹인 도시락 라벨제작하고 식혜 또한 한지로 장식을 했습니다. 
약과, 강정, 버터호두곶감말이, 자색고구마 떡 등의 한국식 디저트와  
한국을 대표하는 배, 사과, 감, 사과대추 등의 과일을 함께 제공했습니다 

행사가 잘 마쳐서 기쁘기도 했지만, 이번 기회에 한국스타일의 면모를 다시 한번 느낀 것 같아 기쁘고 즐거운 경험이기도 했습니다. 물론 이 모든 것이 한국을 대표한다고 함부로 말을 할 수는 없지만 그래도 그런 책임감을 갖고 행사에 임했다고 자신은 합니다

# K-style is now going a big wave in global trend. 

K-style leads the global trend, in beauty, food and contents. Now in party catering field, K-style hit the big wave. A lot of global leaders want to visit to Korean branches, and experience K-food and K-style. In general, they preferred to eat and rest in a hotel in the past. These days, they want to feel and eat real K-style contents and foods that they could only see in social media. 

# Not Oriental, Just Korean Style!! 

It is very important point that our style is not oriental but authentic Korean style.  Their travel route will have Chinese and Japan. We have to have a different things among them. Besides, our decorations will have to be more chic and modern than typical traditional style. Finally we should create the most amazing K-style. 

# Mo-si, So-ban and Dal-Hangari  

We need authentic and creative styling for Korean style.  Mo-si is the Korean traditional cloth. Hanbok is made with it. Its color and its thin and sheer fabric bring out pureness when it’s layered, it makes another color. So-ban means a tea table for one person and Dal-Hangari means a ceramic bowl looking like the Moon. It is famous for the white ceramic bowl from Joseon Dynasty. We think they are simple and authentic Korean style. We used them for modern chic symbolize Korean style.

# K-style Desserts 

We made a Korean dessert box with Yak-gwa, rice-cake, Korean fruits. We made a customizing drink package with Hanji (Korean Handmade Paper)for Sik-hey. We made it in this event. Every single person liked these in Sanopi Aventis Korea. I was so proud that Koean style is great and chic. I could present great and chic Korean style. I deserved a little praise for myself that day.
